How it may work

Before using telehealth, the team must confirm licensure, consent, privacy, technology, clinical fit, and payer rules.

  • Clinical fit reviewed first
  • Private connection and consent
  • State and payer rules
  • No guarantee of remote availability

The clinical team and family

The BCBA leads assessment, goals, and supervision. An RBT or behavior therapist may implement approved activities under supervision. The family contributes priorities, context, and feedback throughout care.

Availability and insurance

Service availability depends on location, staffing, clinical fit, authorization, coverage, and scheduling. Contact the team to confirm what is currently available for your family.

Coverage depends on eligibility, benefits, medical necessity, authorization, provider participation, location, and service availability. Sending a form does not guarantee coverage or placement.
