Nondiscrimination and language access
This draft states the intended commitment to respectful access and requires legal review before launch.
Welcoming eligible families
The public site is intended to welcome eligible families without presenting services as exclusive to a language, culture, payer, income level, or community. Service decisions remain subject to clinical appropriateness, lawful criteria, coverage, staffing, and availability.
Language support
Families can request communication in English or Spanish. Exact interpretation, translation, auxiliary aid, grievance, and civil-rights notice obligations must be reviewed for the organization’s programs and jurisdictions.
Before publication
Legal counsel should approve protected-class language, responsible entity, coordinator and grievance contacts, filing instructions, effective date, and any required state or federal taglines.
